4. The use conditions of ISW Horizontal Pipe Centrifugal Pump:
1, the suction pressure is less than 1.0Mpa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is less than 1.6Mpa, that is, the pump suction pressure + pump lift < 1.6Mpa, the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa, please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be put forward when ordering. In order to make cast-iron material for the overflowing part and connecting part of the pump during manufacture.
2, the ambient temperature is <40 C, and the relative humidity is <95%.
3, the volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium is not more than 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm..
Note: if the medium is small particles, please specify when ordering, so that the wearable mechanical seal can be used.
5. Advantages of ISW Horizontal Pipe Centrifugal Pump IS series pump is designed according to the performance and size stipulated by the national standard ISO2858, mainly composed of pump body (1), pump cover (2), impeller (3), shaft (4), seal ring (5), axle sleeve (8) and suspension bearing component (12).
The parts of the pump body and the pump cover of IS and IR pumps are dissecting from the back of the impeller, which is usually referred to as the rear door opening structure. It has the advantages of convenient maintenance, no pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipe and motor, only remove the intermediate coupling of the long coupling, and then exit the rotor parts for maintenance.
The pump housing, namely pump body and pump cover, constitutes the pump's workroom, impeller, shaft and rolling bearing, etc. it is the rotor of the pump. The suspension bearing part supports the rotor parts of the pump, and the rolling bearing bears the radial and axial forces of the pump.
In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most of the pumps have a seal ring before and after the impeller, and there is a balance hole on the rear cover plate of the impeller. Because some pumps have little axial force, there is no seal ring and balance holes on the back of the impeller.
